1. Order Confirmation:
Pre-Authorization: Upon placing an order, your payment method will be pre-authorized. We will verify product availability with our suppliers before processing the payment. If the item is available, we will complete the charge and dispatch your order promptly. If the item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you.
2. Order Delivery:
Shipping Timeline: For in-stock items, orders will be shipped within 5 working days after payment processing. You will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you do not receive tracking details within 6 working days, please contact us at hello@unitedcycle.co.uk.
3. Damages:
Inspection: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@unitedcycle.co.uk with clear photos of the issue. Do not accept delivery of any damaged items.
4. Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellation Window: Orders canceled after 48 hours may incur additional fees.
Return Shipping: If your order has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the order.
Returns
5. Return Window: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are not allowed after 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, or the e-bike must have less than ten (10) kilometers on the display. It must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and be in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original purchase proof.
6. Process for Returns:
Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@unitedcycle.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
7. Non-Returnable Items:
Exclusions: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
8. Exchanges:
Process: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
9. Refunds:
Inspection and Processing: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
